Effective Monday, October 13, 2003, CME will begin disseminating the S&P Europe 350 Index (Ticker Symbol SPE) every ten-seconds rather than every fifteen-seconds as we currently do.

This change is being made at the request of Standard & Poors and is based on customer input.
